L’épigénétique dans la mélanogenèse
Grenoble: 19/01/2016Une tendance durable : avoir un teint lumineux et lisse. Comment faire pour que notre peau paraisse naturellement éclatante ?
La beauté du teint, preuve de bien-être et de bonne santé, est étroitement liée au processus de pigmentation des cellules de la peau : la mélanogénèse.
La mélanogénèse doit être finement régulée car, avec l'âge, des taches inestéthiques apparaissent. Ces défauts de pigmentation sont dus à de multiples facteurs tels que le stress, la surexposition au soleil, voire des problèmes hormonaux.
Les microARNs, petits brins d'acides ribonucléiques, ont été identifiés comme des acteurs clés du processus de pigmentation. Ils régulent l'expression des gènes impliqués dans la mélanogenèse et fournissent ainsi de nouvelles solutions visant à réduire ces désordres pigmentaires...

Since 1999, the national competition for the creation of innovative technology companies has led to the creation of 1,476 companies that have generated sustainable jobs.
