Cellular models were stressed (stress) and treated with active (A) or not. Experiment was performed in triplicate for each condition. Genes expression were quantified by Q-RT-PCR. GenScreening method offers a personalized, rapid, and accurate analysis of over 600 genes related to important dermo-cosmetic pathways. It uses Quantitative Retro-Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (Q-RT-PCR), a sensitive and specific method for quantifying gene expression.
