Cellular models were stressed (stress) and treated with active (A) or not. Experiments were performed in triplicate for each condition. Protein expression was quantified by ELISA assay using a specific standard curve. The protein expression compared to NT (untreated cells) are presented.

ELISA is a sensitive and specific technique for proteins quantification. It uses antibodies to capture target proteins and an enzyme-linked detection system to generate a measurable signal.
